A group trip to South and Central India, between a 20-to-23-day travel experience into the heart of India’s health and spiritual culture.
Known for its high spiritual vibrations, India has always been the place of seekers yearning for more truth and soulful ways of living. This is an easy simple journey organised for you so that you can enjoy and soak up some tastes of what India has to offer.
This trip can potentially change your life, designed to be an off the tourist track personal experience travelling with a small group. The trip can be customised and changed to cater for individuals.
Children and families are welcome, the Indian culture loves children, so they are welcomed at every place, and it can be organized for a visit to a Indian school. We can cater and adapt for any personal travel changes and are supported by a travel agency if required. We offer support in organizing flights and visas.
– A six-day Ayurvedic Health Retreat, including and experiencing twice daily personalized Ayurvedic massage and body treatments, Ayurvedic doctor consultation and herbal remedy treatment program, yoga, health cleansing meals etc. 3 days on a Private Island in a river and 3 days at a beach front location.
– A sightseeing feast of cultural exhibitions, markets, taj mahal minor, spiritual centers, city sights, spiritual ceremonies, ancient temple caves, country towns, musical concert, swami’s and ashrams.
– Shop until you drop with many markets to visit and learn the very challenging Indian use of bartering. All your Christmas shopping consider done.
– Day trip on houseboat and canoes exploring the backwaters and village life of Kerala.
– Stay in an authentic traditional ashram and experience the spiritual arts of the ancient yogis. Soak up the surrounding vibrations of a life changing experience or with a little meditation effort, receive the soulful benefits that come with the artful practice. Meet swamis, a traditional self-realized yogi, locals, children and visit an associated school.
– Enjoy a feast of flavors and enjoyment of Ayurvedic and Indian cuisine.
– Visit ancient temples and monasteries which are 1200 years old, carved into the side of a mountain. Meditate where the ancient monks did.

– 01/09/2024 – Meet at Nambour Bus Station 4.30am, for International Airport transfer.
– 01/09/2024 – Depart Australia flying Singapore Airlines – 9.05am to arrive at Kochi / Night.
– 01/09/2024 – Airport transfers to Ayurvedic Hospital /Retreat.

Localized travel experience:
– 07/09/24 – Private car transfer to guest house in Fort Kochin, pm. Twin share.
– 07/09/24 – 10/09/24 – Free time Kochi shopping and sightseeing. Meet the locals, bata till you drop, see the sights, mingle in the local markets, see the ancient harbour sights, visit spice markets and attend a traditional music concert. Experience India in a more hassle free environment. Explore the local restaurants. Breakfast is included, own lunch and dinner.
– 09/09/24 – Departing Kochin 8.30am. Day trip in a Kerala punting houseboat, including lunch followed by canoe boat trip on the Kerala back waters visiting local village life. Returning to the hotel at 4.30 pm.
– 10/09/24 – Airport transfer.
– 10/09/24 – Flying to Shirdi departing 8.20am, with airport transfer to Ashram
Ashram meditation retreat:
– 10/09/24 to 19/09/24 – Accommodation, all meals and meditation program as per ashram schedule. Meet swamis, meditation programme, traditional music and meditate with a self-realised yogi. Find your inner being through a new world of self discovery as you work within the internal environment that supports self growth.
A sight seeing trip while you are at the ashram to explore ancient temples and the famous Ellora caves. These are ancient temples and monasteries of the Buddhists, Hindus and Jains centuries old that are hand carved into the sides of mountains. Visit the Taj Mahal minor in all its wonder and splendour without the hassling crowds of the famous more northern version. Discover an ancient Shiva temple offering ceremonies that can be joined into in an underground chamber.
Visit the local town and the internationally famous temple of Sai Baba and his burial site, with all the modern Indian hum and tourist gatherings in the thousands.
Mumbai city experience:
– 19/09/24 – Transfer to accommodation in Mumbai as per ashram organization. Free Time exploring the busy environment of Mumbai shops, markets and sights. Breakfast is included, own lunch and dinner.
– 21/09/24 – Transfer to Airport and Depart Mumbai International
– 22/09/24 – Arrive Brisbane/Transfer from International Airport to Nambour Bus Station.
